America the Beautiful

Oh, beautiful for spacious skies,

For amber waves of grain,

For purple mountains Majesties

Above the fruited plane!

America! America!

God shed his grace on thee,

And crown thy good with brotherhood 

From sea to shining sea.

OK, technically, this last shot is of a lake. 

I have pics of the Atlantic, 

but I just wanted to get this post up for the 4th of July and so I used what was handy. 

This is my favorite Patriotic song 

and I always think of it as I'm driving to and fro seeing these stunning views.
